Refund Policy
Our policy on returns and refunds for services or products purchased.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the request within **30 days** of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Services must not have been fully rendered.
2. Non-refundable Items/Services
The following types of goods and services are exempt from being returned or refunded:
- Gift cards and promotional credits.
- Downloadable software or digital products once accessed.
- Services that have been completed and delivered as agreed.
3. Refund Process
Once your return or cancellation is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
